That is very indicative of tainted shatter thats cut with something its NOT normal to leave white residue like u say bong/mouth . I would stop using that products asap and post pictures .

Thats very odd i got 12grams from them Gelato-Jet fuel- Pink bubba-Gas mask-Blue Dream-Moby dick and all left white shit in my water and some white lips .
