Sounds like this is more of a CP issue than a cheapweed issue. As long as you provided the correct shipping address your parcel will be delivered to that address. CP uses some archaic systems and sometimes it's not completely up to date. Like xsinx said, reach out to Tony on the discord or email him...

11 days is definitely not normal. Did they at least give you a tracking number? BC is having some problems caused by all the wildfires so I can see it being 'delayed' but CP would update the tracking to reflect these changes. If you don't have a tracking number I suggest getting in touch with the MO...
