If Canada Post deems any of our packages officially lost, we will refund or replace 100%. Yeah it sucks sometimes for the MOM (we take a loss) but thats business. The lost package isnt the customers fault, so the customer shouldn't have to lose out. If it happened more than once to the same custome...
