Have the Volcano with a dial. Either the dial isn't working or the element is broken, but it doesn't heat up. Anyone know a solution or a place in Canada to take it?

Give Storz and Bickel a call, or look around on the internet about it. Try anything that won't void the warranty. I've heard stories ranging from free replacements or affordable upgrades.
