This was my first purchase with Distillate Direct and I am very happy with my purchase unfortunately one cart came leaking I didn't bother complaining so i have no idea how the customer service is.
DD could do a better job with packaging they were shipped loose in little ziplock bags in a padded envelope with no other protection for the carts.
The flavors are not the greatest that aside potency is excellent and long lasting. For me potency trumps flavor.
I have had Sovrin, Flyte, Phyto and compassion concentrates vape carts and these are the most potent of all.
I will definitely be buying more in the future and do recommend these carts
