The freeze dried cereal bars are new, $7 for 500 mg, so they are super potent. There are about 5 pieces at 100 mg each, so I ate 1/8 of that as an experienced user and had a very restful sleep eating another portion I woke up stoned and would be easy to green out. They are marshmellowy and taste good just hint aftertaste of mj.
I ordered the smallest mg nerd ropes at 400 mg but they are also smaller sized than the other larger mg rope I had before.
