I understand the caution, not all our grams make it to customers unfortunately. We have sent out over 500+ samples, most being received but a decent portion complaining they did not get it. Since this occurrence we have removed the option for free grams to everyone an only ship one out to a lucky person every two weeks. Those that emailed about not receiving were sent another and I believe all went though, to date we have resent 60 of the 500+ samples. Samples are also sent via regular mail, they do not come with a shipping number, our regular orders are shipped xpress so you will be able to track your package. If you have any questions or concerns let me know I can clarify anything.
