I'm curious about that Astro XO that I saw on Reddit. Did you take care of the customer that got a pitiful bag of shake and stems posing as "super quads?" I'd be upset if I paid more than $10 a gram for this:

I've never ordered anything by Astro, so I'm just trying to gauge if this is common or an unusual exception. Your site describes the batch as: "Curated for the connoisseur. With a strict quality control protocols"

This is not common at all from Astro and our previous batch of XO was a true quad quality. Our Astro rep has been notified and let us know that this is something they will speak to the specific grower about. New batches should not have this issue.
