Birthday Cake made by my girlfriend who is also my best friend and my smoke buddy! Hoping to win to surprise her with an oz we can both share for her hard work.

The only thing that wasn't made from scratch on this cake was the candles and Happy Birthday sign, everything else she made with her own hands.

I’m trying to submit a photo of my kid gobbling up the pasta I made for supper but I can’t seem to figure it out.

Sliced turkey with mayo, dijon mustard, and sriracha cooked like a grilled cheese. Was high and hungry. Worth it.

I put a caption that I “made these cakes” it wouldn’t show both images just one . So I had to leave it with no caption.

Angel in disguise
Angelfoodcake with whipped cream stacked with honey coated strawberries topped with Tabasco pistachio chocolate. Plated on a nutella triangle and a line of candied spiced nuts!

Yesterday at the restaurant I made caramel peacan tart with a lemon macaron.

Was in Vietnam and ate a cobra , blood vodka and bile vodka with the beating heart , also had rice paper wrapped in the cobra meat, cobra bones and cobra skin

Cured some slamon at home for 36 hours to make some sushi

Might be hard to see but today at the restaurant we’re making some beer caviar spherifications in oysters instead of your typical lemon wedge , pairing it with a local brewery that just opened up couple months.

Charcuterie Trays are just lunchables for adults.
