Hi there, after we receive product from licensed health facilities our flower is passed along to our hand picked grading team. They will issue a grade to each individual strain depending on many various factors such as bud size, smell, taste, color and the crystals (or trichomes). Our grading system goes from 2A-5A. These buds are the buds we have deemed to be the best in terms of quality.

In all reality this is still an A-AAAA scale, they're just skipping single alpha-numerics. Which is, again, a bit misleading.

This thread is more evidence that BMWO is a money hungry MOM that does not care about their customers. You are skating by because you picked a great website name. You continue to mislead customers who think the extra A means it’s better than everything else out there.

BTW, I was a paying customer a couple years back but got fed up with receiving dry, crumbly weed in pill bottles. You buy cheap bulk crops that aren’t cured properly, there’s nothing AAAAA about your flower. Good businesses listen and adapt, bad businesses ignore and continue being shitty.

When I first found this forum, I was on a mission to get them blacklisted. I still think that is where they belong.

We want to be able to offer products at a wide range of prices - to help lower income, low tolerance individuals, to people who need the extra punch and don't mind paying a little more for it. Don't hold onto the grade. If you're looking for potency and don't care much about cost - our 4A and 5A category is probably for you! More cost savvy / low tolerance users can stick to 2-3As without a worry.

The point we are trying to make and that you so aptly dodge like a ninja is that EVERY SINGLE OTHER MOM IN CANADA uses the 4A system. So when you come on here and advertise a 4A, people assume you are offering AAAA to them, when it's actually AAA by your own veiled admission. This is MISLEADING for the clients and makes your flower APPEAR to be a better deal than it is.

You are also, in this very reply, insinuating it's a scale based solely on POTENCY. The AAAA scale everyone else uses is based on EVERYTHING about the product, not just potency.

You can keep dodging the issue all you want, it just makes the problem bigger and more obvious, notice how NOT A SINGLE person here is defending your system. It's misleading and borderline fraudulent. Not only that, having tried your products, I can assure you that even when knocking an A off your scale, your weed is severely overrated so that's a double deceit when it comes to representing your product.

I'm sure you're just an employee, doing it's job. Print that email and give it to your bosses, it's a serious issue. Nobody is taking you seriously here because of that and how you are handling this exchange. I've had a very bad experience with you guys and exchanged countless emails to try and get a resolution and you've given me the run around, consistently. Tons of other people I've talked to on different social media platforms have also reported getting terrible stuff and service from you guys. This community right here exists to identify and point out the good and the bad MOMs, you are, in my opinion, a bad MOM. Not blacklist bad, but close.
