Science Lab - 1:1 topical
I have been using this topical on my shoulder. I feel like it has helped keep the swelling and bruising down. Has a nice smell to it. Not greasy but felt like I needed to wash my hand after.
I have been using this daily since my injury and I think I'll continue to keep using it after. I usually take a couple drops in the morning and again in the evening. I have found that the quality of my sleep has increased. I get into deeper sleep cycles where I stay asleep instead of waking up adjusting and falling back asleep. Waking up in the morning is a lot easier as well.. I don't feel as groggy, I just feel more relaxed throughout the day overall.
Green Island - THC Tears
I weened myself off of the Tylenol 3s using these THC tears. I now call em THC 3's... The Tylenol was necessary for the first couple of days, but the nausea and constipation was getting a bit much. The THC tears were a great way to deal with the pain in my shoulder and help me fall asleep to get some much needed rest.

Notes:
I have mainly been smoking MMJDirect's flower, shatter and THC distillate for the past year. With the occasional edible here and there.
