I found out about this site after leaving a bad review about a now defunct MOM site, on Facebook. I got a random message saying "try this place" from a stranger.
I've dealt with a lot of MOM, and they're all wonderful for the first three orders, and then they start screwing up - mostly with inconsistent products & quality, occasional missing items where they'll "send it in your next order" and you're like great I can smoke my vape pens next month when they send me a non faulty battery, after I order more product. Meanwhile this month, screw me, suffer in pain!
My LP has sent me absolute garbage, time and time again. If I were capable I wouldn't need medicines, but I am not capable to turn my buds into edible oil to make into something I can eat, because I cant smoke. My LP will not take returns, or offer refunds, how nice.
I did an initial order of about $200 from Ganjagrams.ca
Got my order within three days( from payment) and got a bonus gram of budder and a few little accessories. That was pretty generous.
Any problems I've had with merchandise have been addressed immediately. They have great sales. They have employees who care about their clients. And they offer consistent quality products. If you suggest a product for them to sell, they get it in - the product reviews are straight out honest, there's no asskissing for bonus points or discounts.
They don't need to, their prices are 10-15% less than any other MOM serving up similar quality products.
They are also one of the few MOMs to not price gouge, since legalization.
I love these guys, give them a once over next time you're thinking about making a purchase.

3Missing some key things such as what products you ordered and any pictures. You mentioned there were problems with the merchandise?
I'm glad you were able to find something better than your LP but to be honest that's not very hard to do. I think you'll find there are many high quality MoMs with cheaper products if you take the time to shop around.

4Wish the review had some more info (pics and products) but can confirm it matches my experience with GanjaGrams.
They were my first MOM, they're the ones I've ordered from the most times, and their quality has been on pricing is on point.
