Ordering & Pricing: ordering was though email, and the only downside is since they are a small company they don't put too much pressure on strains and usually send out a random mix. This is a little disappointing to me, hence the loss of a point in overall rating, but I would definitely order from there again and again.
Communication: total 8 emails in this transaction and I never waited over an hour for a response.
Packaging: the came in a little box, wrapped in a light blue plastic bag. Discrete and no smell.
