Sign up: Easy sign up on the website followed by receiving an email quickly asking for ID in order place my first order

Shipping/Pricing: Free shipping over $99 is pretty good and $15 flat rate is not bad. The price for bud seems fair; lower grade eigths go for $27-30 and the better/more expensive $32+. I only managed to get dabs on my haul, $30 shatter and budder.

Communication: this is where my only issue is with them. They have an excellent customer support live chat on the site that will immediately get back to you. Although with my first order i did not use their recommended promo code for first time orders which would have entitled me to a free 1/8th of their bud. Live chat informed me that my next order i would receive the 1/8th as long as i used the promo code they originally recommended... I did so and when my second order from speedgreens arrived it did not include the freebie. Frustrated at this point and live chat informed that i would receive an email about the issue which took several hours to wait for... I tried arguing that it wasn't fair of them to do this to me when all i did was follow their instructions. They just told me they would include it in the next order??? And tossed an extra gram??? Doesnt feel like much of a compromise to me especially on their homepage they boast about customer satisfaction... Just sounded like they wanted to secure another order from me so they could enjoy more of my $$$ (product is great, customer service was not)

9/10 glass like (almost too clear as if it were too thin?) Excellent buzz smokes clean
1 gram Space Cookies honeycomb sugar budder
10/10 this stuff is amazing!!! Smells amazing, looks and breaks amazing i just cant say enough good about it. Short lived buzz but no complaints Incentive for Customers/review: 10% off first order, 10% off following order, $99+ orders receive free shipping

Notes: Honestly a lovely new site for me to use now that a previous one had just raised there prices; its just unfortunate that i had to deal with that issue of never receiving a free 1/8th otherwise the product here is VERY exceptional. I may be back.

Hello and thank you for the review. The support agent that was responding to you has informed me about how these events unfolded and I wanted to follow-up.

At the time the coupon code you used was for repeat customers for a percentage discount and as such it did not allow for other promotions (it has now changed to allow for all on-going promotions to be stacked). We informed you by email that we would include the free 1/8th on your next order but as the system only recognizes the gift on the very first order we asked that you make a note of this at checkout so we could verify it against our records and manually add it in.

On the second order you did not mention this missing item in the notes and so our staff member who packed your order did not have the information about the free 1/8th. We stated that as this is a free gift we would 100% honour it but it was not an error on our part and because it was a "free" gift we would simply include it with your next order and to compensate you further we would include another 1g of AAA cannabis for free. We feel that this is a more than fair compensation given the circumstances BUT as you've taken the time to write us a review and you seem to really enjoy our budder =) I will authorize the free 1/8th bonus and instead of the 1g AAA cannabis I will give you a free sample size budder (our staff will choose out of the gifts we have) as your extra bonus.

Yes you're correct. This allows us to get more competitive on our overall price points and add more promotions and freebies. Our on-sale page was stacked with promotions but as a rule coupon codes can't be used on sale prices, we have reverted all of those sale prices to the products at the regular price so that you can apply coupons to those previously on-sale prices now.

Since Canada Post is actually running today I was gonna put my order in early. When exactly can I expect to see the new strains? Im in NB so I usually order Monday just to be sure I get it by end of week.

We've communicated through email already but just giving you a heads up on here as well. There is a slight delay from one of our new suppliers but we are hopeful the new strains will be in by tomorrow late afternoon.
