Weed-deals Team WENT ABOVE and Beyond!

I just wanted to post a quick message about something that was a really amazing that this good delivery companies staff did for me. I had ordered a product that I was just fairly displeased with. You know, these kind of things happen. Yet I thought what the hey, lets give them an email and see if anything can be done about this. I spoke with one of their main customer service reps about the issue and they assured me they would do their best to make sure I was happy with my purchase. So I mailed the product back to them, and they applied the price of my refund to one of their premium flowers (Charlie Skookum). It was an incredible experience all around. When I opened the package, the superbly strong smell and beautiful crystal look of the buds let me know that I was about to get very medicated indeed.
So I FOUND IT very important to let you know that I received some major benefit from these wonderful tenders over at WEED DEALS (BC Canada). Lots of other places I would of been stuck with what I had gotten (because I already went through some of it). I can honestly say this is the most impressed I have ever been with a dispensary, and I have been purchasing herbs for decades. 10/10 recommended to at least check them out as their selection is huge!

WEED-DEALS made you mail back the product,..WTF..Don't know the laws now but last time I checked that was illegal so this mom asked you to break the law, and what happened to the bum product did it go back out for resale...

sounds like this Mom was only helping themselves out,then they up sell you...lol

but at least your happy

Depending on how much.....legally we can ship it now even the post office sells smell proof bags, he did say there was an issue with the smoke he had just that he didn't like it so yes it might have been able to go out again, what was the strain, grade and problem with the first smoke? Or just a case of I thought the real cheap weed would of been better lol

Times are changing I half to disagree once upon a time your right hells no don't ship it back but now why not whats the harm? Nothing simply returning a product like anywhere else, now if there was something wrong with the herb well then fine but if there is nothing wrong with product other than you not personally liking it and the company is willing to exchange it....well then I say good job by the company they didn't half to do that, now this is only if there is actually no issue with the flowers in mold etc

Legalities aside, once a product is shipped to a customer, it should not be shipped back or resold. This is a consumable good. Anything could happen to that weed once it's in the consumers hands, such as contamination. It is completely irresponsible for a mom to resell weed that a customer shipped back for any reason.
