Communication: Ordered straight on their website. No need to contact them directly but receving e-mails for my order status is nice
Packaging: Product was delivered in a discreet and vaccuum sealed box. No odor and fast delivery, perfect!
Product: The weed smell good but there was a bit too much branches. The weed was also pretty sticky which caused my grinder to clog. Other wise buzz was good and the product tasted very earthly. Buds size was good but a bit small, nothing to complain for a budget product
