Extremely relaxing and really reduces my panic disorders shakiness and anxiety. I feel a sense of well being and happiness. Very impressive high. I was a little concerned when the info posted said ultra-cerebral high. My experience is a much more calming effect, very reminiscent of the Indica strain that it is. Couch lock in full effect as the high creeps up.
