Lets make an honest review here. I have made mushrooms with friends 2-3 times in my life. So i wanted to try these capsules so we can laugh togheter. Well we took 6 capsules each and felt nothing. Next day we decided to take 10 each and FELT NOTHING WTF. For the price it's a steal. 0,13 per capsule. 20 capsules for $60 bucks. We got pretty sad. These capsule are useless. I dont know what it is supposed to do but i do not recommend. However, if you willing to try it with ur coffee in the morning for sure it will not make any negative effect so go ahead
