easy, uploaded id and usual info usually takes about 48 to be approved but got mine activated quicker because i was talking to them before placing my order:
orderings pretty straight forward put items in cart like any other mom site, found pricing to be on par with most of the other moms i've seen
great, package was a day late arriving and contact them and they responded within an hour, assuring me if my order didn't show up or have updates by friday they would investigate :
