Sign Up: No ID Required, It was pretty quick, just confirmed my age.
Ordering & Pricing: Pricing was good and there are a lot of different things. I enjoy concentrates and was pleased to see they had a great selection to choose from. It was also interesting that they have THC climax capsules, something for everyone thats for sure! It was easy to complete my order and it was processed plus sent out the next day.
Communication: They were really fast on getting ahold of me. I was a little nervous to try a MOM website and was not looking to spend a whole lot so I asked if they could recommend me a few things to try. They had someone email me back within 15 mins with a short list! I read on here that they might send a free preroll or 2 but didn't ask about it to see if it was true.
Packaging: The box was small and discrete, it was all in a foodsaver bag nicely sealed up. Each product was in its own container/bag that was sealed as well. Shipping was really quick, it only took a few days.

Incentive for Review: I was wanting to try MOM for a while and have been following multiple threads here, which lead me to try these guys. BCBD was convenient and felt safe from the beginning to end plus having to upload ID to the internet always has freaked me out, so it was great to not have to do that. Hope this review helps other newbies like myself find the right choice.
Notes: I didnt mention anything about the free prerolls and they sent me 2! They had the strain on the tube and a cool raw filter in each. I don't have anything bad to say, if anything maybe work on centering some of the labels but besides that, nothing. I will order again in the future! It was my first time using a MOM site, thanks for the smooth sailing bcbd.
