Ordering & Pricing: Flower and concentrates only. Flower ounces and above. Drop item in cart. Checkout and wait. You can break an ounce (or qp or lb) into up-to 4 strains, you just pay the highest price ounce you choose (meaning 1 strain is $200/oz but the other 3 are $150/oz, you pay $200 for your 4 quarters).
Communication: Confirmation of order placed. Replied quickly when I emailed them. Did not get a shipping email.
Packaging: Plain white box, all seams taped. Internal heat-sealed vacuum bag inside another heat-sealed vacuum bag, with three baggies inside.

Notes: I ordered God's Green Crack, Cookies & Cream, Juicyfruit, and UK Cheese. $150 + $20 express post. I ordered on April 21st (Saturday), I received the package April 25 (Wednesday). I received Cookies & Cream, Juicyfruit, and UK Cheese. Yes, missing 1 strain (but missing no weight). I ordered right after 4/20, so what likely happened was when they got to my order, they were out of GGC. They increased the weight of my other 3 strains by more than the ounce I ordered. I hadn't received an email after the order confirmation, so I checked the site to see if there might be a message on my account; There wasn't. However I did notice that the GGC was no longer available. I emailed them, offering to provide an alternative strain if they didn't have one of the strains I ordered. They emailed back very quickly, asking which order number, but nothing after that. Clearly the package was already en route because it arrived the next day - all I had to do was wait one more day lol. Again, I suspect they were very busy after 4/20, and instead of waiting for emails back-and-forth to pick a new strain, they just made up the ounce with the strains I ordered, and then safed them up a pretty good amount (28 ordered, 35 delivered). Completely understandable and zero complaints.
The only reason I did not rate a 10 was because 2 of the zipper baggies were unzipped. They were inside 2 layers of heat-sealed vacuum bags, so you couldn't smell anything through the shipping package. Different story when I opened the 2 heat-sealed bags - very pungent, my wife tells me it still stinks in the house and it's been 3 hours since I opened it.
I would definitely recommend OKG and would order again.
