No hate towards CW or Tony. I guess this is more of an advisory. Still talking with Tony, and I do expect it to be resolved pretty quick. The white rhino I order on July 5th had some pretty bad mold on it. Still had a strong smell, but the inside of the bud was pretty nasty. About 3 grams had visible mold.

Edit: The bag was a full 28g's but I gave 3.5g to a friend, then had to text him not to smoke it.

Update: Issue has been quickly resolved. Tony again was a pleasure to deal with and wish him and his business all the best!

I've had an issue not too long ago when i ordered a hp of 8 different strains. I talked to Tony , sent him pictures and told him what happened.
He apologized and offered me a solution, definitely looking to make it right for me. Unfortunately stuff like that can be a bit out of control. Well that's what i believe. There's a fuck ton of Weed going trough that website and obviously not every single bud can be looked at.
Im literally about to place another order of at least a HP . this will be my 6th or 7th order i think , all HP's and up and im not really worried about it :p

Yeah, when you're dealing with hundreds of pounds, things will slip by unnoticed easily. It all comes down to how they handle it and Tony is great for that.

I do apologize as you are right, we go through hundreds of pounds however I feel this really was a one-off
I have trained staff to spot and inspect the bags upon delivery however yes it is very tedious at this point to inspect 4480 grams for example if you are to look through every gram for 10 pounds basis.

I have retailed over 20+ LBS of White Rhino to date, and it kind of threw me off that there was mold or what not.
However I am aware and have not seen any other issues with this strain

We strive to product nothing but highest level of service and product while holding our consistency.

Thank you for everything and this is why I continue to recommend you to everyone. Your customer service is beyond exceptional. And it doesn't surprise me mistakes happen, especially with 10 pounds+ of 50 strains lol

Yeah I do agree,I've had nothing but great medicine,communication,and shear generosity from tony,this wouldn't defer me one bit,and I agree with the post above,dealing with 100's of pound if not way more,a slip up once in a very blue moon is acceptable if it's taken care of,and tony will sort it out.
