Simple and easy. Typical MOM signup. Only thing I didn’t like is you send your ID after your place your order. No where in the sign up did I see it ask for an ID.. so I placed my order, sent my money and went back to work. Hours later I see an email asking for my ID. At his point it was already 4-5pm and my shipment wasn’t processed that day because of it.
Ordering & Pricing:
I picked up 4 1/8ths for around $100 on their Black Friday sale. Free shipping over $99 which is amazing. It also came with free 3.5g of AA flower for sign up.
Communication:
SG is usually pretty quick to reply to any questions. Very good customer service
Packaging:
Great packaging. I LOVE the boveda packs in each pill bottle. All the little strain pictures are fun to look at.
Products / Photos:
LA OG - 5/5 This is my first time having this indica. I’m actually high on it right now. I can feel myself melting into my Lazyboy. My body is tingling and I got a smile on my face. Nice dense big buds, very nice aroma. A must try. Alien OG- 4.5/5 this is a difficult one for me to rate due to my medical condition. This is a very racy, upbeat high. It’s hard to let your mind relax on this strain. I personally like strains that help me feel calm, however I can appreciate a fine flower when I see it. It has a strong OG smell and taste. Dense buds. Very strong euphoric high, it’s just not a strain that fits my personal needs. Blue dream 3/5 So I was excited to try a good quad of this strain.. I was so disappointed when I opened the bottle. One medium size nug, one or two around .3g and the rest are little scrappy popcorn nugs. When I pay for AAAA, I don’t expect to get 90% subpar nugs in my order. I don’t know if I’m being unreasonable here, but I was just let down. Once you get passed the size and inspect them you can tell that they came from a AAAA batch. The terp profile was there that I’ve come to expect with blue dream. The taste, the high, it’s all there. This is a more couchlock version of blue dream. I did notice that they are now sold out.. so clearly my HQ was the end of the batch. Godberry 5/5 Another indica winner. This is a very strong body melting indica. They gave me 3.64g which was the highest count of the order. I only had two nice nugs.. the others were all small 0.25g nugs. The smell is intoxicating, a strong sweet berry smell with a hint of skunk. This is a nightcap strain. Take a few hits and go melt into your bed and drift off to sleep. If I place another order, I’m definitely getting more.
OG Kush 4/5 AA free sample for sign up. I got 3.5g of og Kush.. I specifically requested this strain for my free 3.5g and they delivered a potent AA. It’s clearly a AA, the trim job, flavour and aroma all scream AA, but the potency is where they shine. I was high for just over an hour off 0.25g in my vape. Highly euphoric, happy high. You just have a good time on this bud.

Notes:
They lost the point off the score due to the size of their nugs. I also wasn’t a fan of asking for ID after placing your order and sending your money. Although I know it’s 100% my fault for not immediately checking my email after my order, I was annoyed that it wasnt clear during registration about this process.

I’m currently trying a new MOM every week so I can settle on a final 3 or 4. I’m just worried if I place an order for a half O I’m gonna get 75% small bud. I haven’t used my new customer 20% coupon yet, so that’s incentive enough to try them again.

Overall if you’re looking for good quality AAAA bud for competitive pricing check them out. I like the free shipping over $99 and the mix and match ounce options. They have lots of selection and I’ve heard their budder is excellent as well.

I'd like to address the couple of issues you experienced here.

The Blue Dream was one of our favorite strains and it along with a lot of our other strains did sell out during our Black Friday Promotion. I do apologize that the size of the nugs were not up to expectations but I do stand by the strain quality.

I would like to offer you compensation that we can discuss over email, please send it to [email protected] so we can address this for you.

The part about asking for verification after payment was made I would like to explain why we chose to have our orders processed this way.

First off I would like to mention that our ordering and verification process is indicated on our "How to order page" #7 and also on our FAQ "Ordering & Packaging" section. We wanted to simplify the ordering process to allow anyone to not only sign-up and then place an order but to actually order and enter in your billing and shipping details during checkout to place an order without even having a verified account open with us.

We have orders that come in that the customer does not proceed with payment and after our 48 hour window are cancelled. As such, only orders that have payment made are the only ones that go forward with our verification process (or straight to processing for previously verified customers). This is mainly to keep our staff's priority focused on processing paid customers orders and keeping our service speed at the level which we have maintained so far.

I hope this explains our verification procedures and why we chose to do it this way, thanks again!

I've included two pictures of the two strains I got 14+g of for informational purposes (for better or worse, only you can decide what bag appeal is acceptable to you).

Thanks for the reply SG, so let me clarify something about the ID signup. It was my fault for not double checking my email. I would of just appreciated a note or message on the registration page about the ID. I was trying to get my order in quickly so I failed to read the FAQ section. Your explanation makes sense as to why you chose this method. I’m sure my next order will get done a lot faster.

With regards to the blue dream, the potency and aroma/flavour were definitely there, I just didn’t appreciate getting a majority of scrappy nugs. From my past experiences with dispensary’s, when they are at the bottom of the barrel they usually offer an extra 0.5-1G (depending on how small the buds are) or they state they are running low and ask if I want a substitute. But let’s not focus on the cons.. there were plenty of pros with my order. The LA OG and godberry are MUST try’s for any indica lover. I am eyeing your Walter white.. I need a good wake n bake Sativa. I’m a pretty picky stoner.. and SG made me happy.
