Ap3xsupply Review

Hey all,
Just wanted to highlight my recent experience with ap3xsupply.com because another user here suggested I do it. Placed an order after seeing this post (https://canadianmom.info/forum/viewtopi ... =20&t=3484) on the forum. It clearly says that shipping will resume on Wednesday. I placed my order on Monday, Feb 11th believing that my order would be shipped by Friday. Fast forward to Monday, Feb 18th and I haven't received any communication about my order or if it has been shipped. So, I send Ap3x this message via e-mail:
"Hey, I placed an order (xxxxx) on February 11th and I still haven't received shipping info. I'd like to cancel the order and receive a refund. It's been too long and I'm starting to get worried about my money.
Thanks for understanding."
Very shortly after, I receive this response:
"I'm sorry but I will no longer be giving refunds and exposing my own personal safety...I will be shipping the orders tomorrow today was a holiday. If you would like store credit we can do that..."
I reply:
"I know that today is a holiday, no need to be snarky. I appreciate the quick response, but it would have been nice to receive some information on my order within a week of sending payment.
Have a good night, peace and love. "
Ap3x:
"I wasn't trying to be snarky sir just stating that today was a holiday sorry you took it that way."
I replied today:
"I didn't ask if it was a holiday, nor did I ask you to ship the package yesterday. I don't see how that was a relevant fact to state. You conveniently forgot to address my point about the lack of update or communication on your part. I sincerely hope that you will send out the package today.
Additionally, giving me the option for store credit was an insult. Nobody forced you to open this online storefront, I don't understand why you're taking orders if you cannot fulfill them."
He replied 15 minutes later:
"I'm sorry you feel this way. Your package has been sent when I get time later I'll give you the tracking number... I dont appreciate the attitude and will no longer be serving you"
I have to say my experience ordering through ap3xsupply.com was the only negative experience I've had ordering with a MOM after 2 years of regular orders with many different MOMs. What's written above is every word from our exchange and nothing has been edited or left out.
I will give him 1/5 stars for my review because he's very quick to respond to messages. I'll give an update if I ever receive a tracking number.
