Typical sign up, same as usual.
Ordering is easy, nice clean website. Price I would say is on the high side, now with that being said they do have some good deals once in a while and their product is definitely top tier in my mind and I'm never disappointed.
Never really had to communicate with them because never had an issue.
Canada Express post padded envelopes, and typical sealed cellafane bags or whatever material.
As stated, always great product, they have sent free testers at times, no complaints on quality.
I've ordered tons of different kinds and never been dissapointed.
