Review of Pacific Grass

Hello all! This is my first post here. I didn't know that this board existed until I was incentivized by Pacific Grass to review here.
Anyway - on to the review!
PACIFIC GRASS
I would like to start by saying that I am a huge fan of theirs. In terms of overall satisfaction, I am very impressed! I have ordered from 20+ MOMs in the past few years and Pacific Grass stands out as one of the best.
Communication: they are easily accessible via live chat on their website, and by email. I have contacted them a few times with a question or request, and have been responded to within hours. Even on a Sunday night, when I was not expecting their CS to be open.
Customer service: Absolutely stellar. I have had an issue with an order from them, and they went above and beyond what any other MOM has done for me in a similar situation. Basically, a couple gs of hash were forgotten in my order. I sent them the unboxing video, and they offered to send me 4g's the next morning free of charge. What a class act! Outside of this experience, anytime I have had a question or request, they have been friendly, responsive, and customer-oriented. I find myself choosing to order from them over some other favourites because I trust that if something goes wrong, they will fix it.
Processing time: Very fast. Every order has been shipped out same day. I'm in Atlantic time and usually order in the afternoon, so around noon BC time.
Shipping/packaging: Product comes air-sealed in a box, which I love. No crushed buds. Thank you PC! <3 Shipping has always been fast, 2 days to Atlantic Canada.
Strains: They have a lot of classic, "old school" strains. Not so much fluff and hype. I love this about them! Pink kush, granddaddy purple, skunk #1 .. not that PK is old school, but what they stock is reliably potent and not just about bag appeal.
I agree a lot with their rating system. They have very fair AAA ratings. Check out the pic of the OGiesel. This stuff is SO good. It blew me away. And it's priced at 135$/oz!!! The high was amazing and lasted forever, beautiful dense buds, excellent nose and taste. The only thing I could fault it for is that it's smalls. I couldn't believe the price on this stuff. I have also been wanting to re-up on their pink kush, platinum cookies, and cherry afghan. All three knocked me on my ass, tasted amazing, smelled great, and were rated at AAA/AAA+.
All that being said, their AAAA didn't knock my socks off. I tried the Granddaddy purple and Watermelon. They're good... but I'm used to opening up a jar of KC AAAA and being blown away by bag appeal and nose. I would rate them as AAAA-, personally. Their AAA - AAA+ is my sweet spot, given the pricing difference.
Concentrates: Have only tried the Mercedes hash, priced at about 5$/gram. It's a real steal at that price! Every other site is charging 20$/g for inferior quality. Try it it out, nothing to lose at 5$/g. It's a soft, crumbly hash with a smooth burn. The buzz knocked me right between the eyeballs (sweet migraine relief) and it was strong. Short-lived, but potent with no burn out. Thoroughly enjoy and I find myself gravitating towards it before my 20$/g bubble hashes. Full disclosure, it had a bit of a weird smell when I opened the bag at first. Super "grassy", almost wet smelling. I didn't smoke it for a long time because of this. Finally opened the bag again and it smelled a bit better.. still a little weird to me, almost sour-ish, but it smokes fine and like I said, nice high with no ill effects.
