Communication: Ordered straight on their website. No need to contact them directly but receving e-mails for my order status is nice
Packaging: Product was delivered in a discreet and vaccuum sealed bag. Usually they ship in a "tupperware" style box but this time it was cardboard and my order had been damager (nugs where splatted!) Bad thing to do, continue with plastic containers please
Product: First thing that strikes is the smell. Wow! Piny aromes and sutff! Buds size was good even tho much of them had been splattered in the shipping process. Trim could use a bit of love but nothing major! Smokes well, is sticky, and gets you high as *?%
