Kootenay Craft Order - Should I be Concerned?

Hi everyone,

I decided to try out my 4th MOM, and am having some concerns. Let me give you a quick timeline of what's happened so far (all times in EST):

Sun. Jul 29, 7pm: Created account and sent id.
Mon. Jul 30, 11:30pm: Account approved.
Tues. Jul 31, 11am: Order placed and EMT sent.
Tues. Jul 31, 4pm: Tracking email received.
Wed. Aug 1, 1:15pm: EMT accepted by KC
Wed. Aug 1, 1:17pm: Tracking email received - new #
Wed. Aug 1, 1:21pm: Tracking email received - new #
*As of end of day , all 3 tracking #s show as "Electronic information submitted by shipper", and order status on KC's website shows "Processed - Payment Received"
Thurs. Aug 2, 11:40am: All 3 tracking #s are still the same. I sent an email to KC saying that I have received 3 tracking #s for my order, asked which one is correct.
Thurs. Aug 2, 12:05pm: Received a reply saying "Your has been shipped. Tracking details are below." and it lists the 1st tracking # I was sent (the one before he even accepted payment). Order info on KC website now shows the order as "shipped" and lists the same 1st tracking number I received.

Normally I wouldn't be so antsy about order shipment considering this isn't an unknown MOM - plenty of positive reviews here and on Reddit. I am worried due to the 3 tracking #s and the timing of them seems weird.

Has anyone had any similar experience with KC?

Worst case ontario you end up with 2 extra freebies :D
I hope so, and I'll definitely update if the tracking updates.

It's just very strange that the 1st tracking # sent is the official one, even though it was sent before payment was accepted - why would they do that?
