I order 2 ounces of hash last week and Canadapost has been saying its been out for delivery for 3 days now and also in the tracking it says "Item redirected to recipient's new address". I have never changed my address in 7 years and I have not had a response from cheapweed.ca receding this issue. has anyone else had issues with cheapweed.ca ?

That being said, this issue is a Canada Post error, however as mentioned before in a worse case scenario we will give you a full replacement package or refund
Canada Post has the tendency to have delays with shipping or " NEW ADDRESS " appear on the tracking information, however in all circumstances the package does get delivered to the original address as provided by the client/customer
