Hello! I was about to make my first order on CheapWeed and when I got to checkout, something weird happened.

I just want to know if this was talked about or if anyone had the same issue.

The address at checkout wasn't mine. At first I thought it was just some default info but I looked it up and it's really someone's address in Ontario.

I won't post it here but it contained pretty much all his info, but the logged account is really mine and the only place with his information is the billing and shipping forms.

I suspect someone made an account at the same time I did and the server put his info in my account? I dunno I can't think of anything else.

Anyway I want to make sure that if I do change it, the order will be shipped to the correct address

That's weird. Contact their email before checking out.

Given the circumstances of what's been happening with 'slandering' / or all these CheapWeed discussions it's been a pleasure to continuous provide any feedback or response we can.

If this was a circumstance where you had this happen, I would advise you contacting us directly to ensure your shipping details are correct.
That being said, this issue / shipping detail has never been brought to our attention as well.

We have user sign ups daily, and I can assure the entire community that our information is safe, and secure
If this was truly an issue we would definitely have heard of this in the last 5 months of operation however

If your issue is concerning, please contact me directly and I will revise your shipping details

The b'ys up Cheapweed are great and I have no fear with them at this point! Did the OP just buy a used phone and perhaps the previous owner's auto-fill wasn't wiped?

We checked our security plug-in's
Firewalls,
Aside that, we cleared all cookies / cache settings

So I have even spent the last 20 minutes trying to replicate or create this problem.
Haven't had any luck.. so
Just the thing that makes the most curious is why would we not get contacted directly if OP's concern is about the correct shipping details

How would a community forum be able to confirm that

Appreciate your response, wasn't jumping to conclusion but after countless hours of debate and posting back users who have nothing better to say, yes I admit it gets tiring but I rather just skip to the point and focus on things that actually do matter.

I know this was probably an anomaly, I rechecked the updated addresses and it's all perfect now. I could confidently checkout and send the payment! And I couldn't tell you how to reproduce it- I created my account a couple of weeks ago and don't remember if I even filled out anything at the time.

Looking forward to receiving my order, will definitely post photos on the forum.
