Just a PSA that White Palm has either sold customer information or been hacked. See emails:
Hello,
I got an email today saying that I had a Flex Delivery parcel ready for pickup, even though I was not expecting anything. When I got to the post office, it turned out to be junk mail from "Established Underground".
The particular post office that this was sent to has only been used by me twice, both times for orders from White Palm. This means there is no other way these people could have gotten that address unless they got it from you.
Do you have an explanation for how someone got ahold of an address that only you know?

Thanks for contacting me man. I honestly have zero clue. I received an envelope from them too. Same with Ash.
We've both ordered from Herbal Dispatch and Potcargo in the past. If that helps. When we were first starting WhitePalm we ordered from them both to compare quality, etc. Always good to know what the competition is up to.
As I see it there are two explanations for this junk mail: White Palm sold their customer information, or White Palm got hacked and does not realize it. I followed up with an email telling them that they should change their administrative passwords and install software updates. Have not heard back.
