3Unfortunately, Shopify being in contract with Ontario government does not help.
As captn stated look for an offshore hosting, there plenty of hosts based in the Netherlands that want your business.
I assume you build the website on Shopify platform so you need to start the website back from scratch?

What happens to existing orders? I had just placed an order and got an email saying it was processed, but I can't access the order page to see if there's any tracking number. I tried to email you about it but looks like that's deactivated too.

Our email is still working Did you try [email protected] ?
All orders that happened before the shut down have been processed and shipped
I can dm you your tracking number if you give me your email address. It was sent out via shopify, and it sometimes ends up in the junk box.

13Yea we figured this much. The shopify "Gurus" actually helped us set up the site. We were transparent, and they we're very accommodating and assured us that we have their support as long as we don't use their payment gateway. As soon as they went into business with Gov they can no longer be associated with black market.
Huge conflict of intrest on their end. I bet that was a condition of the new contract too. No other pot retail through them.
Sucks for you though that's for sure.

We're not sure how long it'll take to come back. We're hoping a few days.. but there are usually unexpected obstacles.
The new host seems awesome so far. Very helpful.
