I was a long time customer and will no longer be using them. I made an order yesterday for same day delivery, they never showed up, I emailed them to ask what the deal is, and Roger told me they don't offer delivery to where I live anymore. However it is explicitly listed as a place they do offer delivery on their website, still there as of this morning. I totally understand that they can change their delivery radius but if that's the case then actually change it on the website, and inform me that I'm not getting my order, if I hadn't emailed them I don't think I would have heard anything at all. As it is I sat around all night waiting for them and now will be without my meds for atleast 2-3 days while an order makes its way from BC. The only thing that made them attractive to me was the convenience of same day delivery. Same money will buy higher quality elsewhere, very disappointed in both the customer service and the lack of professionalism. I know a lot of people have complained about them having moldy bud, which is not something I have experienced, but that coupled with the crappy service from Roger leads me to recommend people avoid this MOM.
