They messaged me saying they got strains for as low as $1000-$1100/pounds and pre packaged shatter for 400/oz.. thats pretty nice prices. Has anybody tryed ordering a pound off them or even a zip? the lavaflowers guy said he been in the Mom business for 2 years thats a pretty long time soooo somebody please let me know if they 1 hunnit before i make a fat order lol

Well, they had Jungle Boys products on their site, which they quickly took down once they were informed that Jungle Boys is not sold in Canada, therefore their shit was fake. Big red flag imo

I have a sample pack currently on route. I will at least be able to give an idea on quality!

The first time I checked out their site I instantly thought it reminded me of Sabrina’s World; there’s just something about it’s layout and font choice, I instantly questioned their authenticity. Then I saw them posting JB shatter (just lol) and now I hear them reaching out to users in PM’s which was something SW used to do... it’s all starting to sound too familiar .

Hi just to be clear, Lavaflowers is a new MOM, the site has only been active for about a month.
The owner has had 2 previous other MOM sites, that is where the 2 years experience comes into play.
We are just getting the ball rolling with this new site, and are sending out some sample packs to friendly inquirers of our wares.
Hopefully that makes more sense of our new site for you.

we would be happy to send you out a "lean" order if you want to test our legitimacy before making a "fat" order.

Hi there, thanks for your concern about the legitimacy of our products.
We assure you we do not sell "fake" cannabis products.
Albeit we did have a miss understanding with one of our suppliers about the Jungle Boys shatter, sorry about the confusion there.
And just to be clear JB shatter was never posted as a product on our site, it was mistakenly mentioned in a post here on the MOM forum.

thanks for the critique on our site design choices, unfortunately the website theme we use dose not offer a lot of interesting font choices, and we are going for a simple layout design.
Do you have any suggestions as to what you expect from a MOM site that gives you the impression of their "authenticity" based on site design choices?

Sorry that it reminds you of a MOM site that you are not fond of.

We are only a month old, so there's definitely room for improvement as we develop the site, but we are opting to keep it as simple as possible.

By the way im the designer replying, and this is the first website ive built FYI.

Yes we are reaching out to ppl if we feel that they may appreciate our services as we work to get this MOM off the ground and raise awareness of our existence, we consider it friendly potential customer service.

Thanks for questioning our legitimacy.
Obviously that's a healthy skepticism to have when dealing with this industry.
We are a brand new MOM site and we are working hard to develop trusting customer relations.
The best way to verify our legitimacy would be to make an order, we have some very nice quality products for competitive prices.
And in no way whatsoever are we going through the trouble of setting up a MOM site just to disappoint people.

Dropping that and not naming the 2 previous MOMs is the kind of thing that doesn't work in your favor here. Lots of MOMs come and go, most that go do so because they fucked someone over, or had major issues that prevented them from continuing on with their initial branding. It would go a long way to tell us what those other 2 MOMs were, if they actually had good reputation then it would definitely help you build some legitimacy.

I know of only a few MOM owners that have had 2+ MOMs and generally speaking, it's not a good thing

There is more then one person working at lavaflowers , as I generally do not like to respond on here and other forums as there is as much drama as when I was in high school, that being said I am not the one posting previously . I started both sendmetrees.ca (yes I understand that it is no longer running ...) and chronicstore.ca please do not ask why I sold them am not here to explain my personal life and it has nothing to do with lavaflowers
