Ordered off a MoM on the safe list on Tuesday, Wednesday my order was shipped, tracking went live after dinner. Next morning when I check it it say "Duplicate Pin" and nothing else, no originating info, no destination info, no nothing, just Duplicate Pin. I contacted MoM they said it sometimes happens. Ive never seen it in 3 years of weekly orders. Not calling out the MoM or anything, just wondering if anyone else has had this? Its my first order with this MoM but they are on the trusted list. Hope it shows up Monday or Tuesday
