Did my MOM shut down and take my money?

1
On April 20th I made an order and paid for it by interac transfer on this website
https://www.mailorder-marijuana.ca/

I've ordered from them a bunch of times before and its been fine.

This time I have not heard back from them, I didn't get a shipping number, nothing (not even a confirmation of my order)...getting a little antsy as I tried calling, e-mailing them and using their chat bot, but nothing?

I bought an ounce and I don't know about next steps? Any ideas?

Did you check your junk/spam folders? It's either that or the website had a malfunction. Is there a way to login on the site and see your order(s)? Is that order there? Most sites will have an order tracking system that tells you what the current status is.

I guess for anyone else that reads this, please always check those other folders as well!
All it all went to spam for me except the messages telling me I got points added to my account for logging on the site and such. Also had a weird thing I didn't mention to you, I registered using a new email and used the name Bud Spencer when creating my account, but when I placed the order it somehow autofilled with my real name and by usual throwaway email so I ended up getting messages of different stages of the whole thing split between my two emails, addressing me by both names. I kinda didn't realize when the "wrong" info showed up and just clicked OK without thinking and then realized the site had highjacked pre-fill information basically that had nothing to do with how I created my account.

Hit me up on Discord if you want more info, I can check my email trail to better explain.

Could you send me an email with a brief on it? I can then pass that to my tech people to look at and adjust what needs to be adjusted. That would help if you have the time...

so a couple things i noticed, when we send automated emails (order notifications etc), a lot of the time it will end up in spam/junk or places like Gmail block it completely from being received.
What is happening is when woocommerce or mailchimp or whoever MOMs use for an emailier, sends the email - the security checks through gmail or whatever are marking the emails as spam/phishing because its not matching the site url with the url of the sent mail. If you use mailchimp you need to verify THEN authenticate your site in order to pass some of those security checks.
(edit - could be a reason why some people aren't getting all the emails from MOMs)
