Why is kief soo cheap?

1
So maybe I don't know a lot of this subject, but to my understanding kief is the same stuff as the crystal that comes directly off the plant, we usually see it in the bottom of our grinders.

It is my understanding that this is the main "active ingredient" in the euphoric high we receive.

If it's more potent than weed alone, a higher concentration of THC... than why the heck is it so cheap? I Can get a half pound for around 500. Wouldn't you think it would be way more expensive than bud?

I am just curious, I have no interest in buying kief, because if I want to get blasted distillate is much smoother.

Kief is a mix of trichomes (stalks and heads) but also contains a significant amount of plant material. Smoked straight up, it tastes pretty harsh and doesn't have a pleasant taste. So as is, it's really not a very interesting product.

Most people buying kief do it to make hash and making hash is pretty labor and time intensive and only a relatively small percentage of that raw kief makes it to an interesting quality of hash, the rest is basically edibles material, or terrible smoke.

Sooo all in all... Not that interesting as a straight up buy.

I like kief. I throw it into vaporizer bowls to make them stronger, and I make moonrocks by caking small buds in hash, then rolling it into concentrate, and then in kief until it's no longer sticky, using it like icing sugar for a no-bake cookie. Never tried smoking it on its own, but it's definitely not harsh in the vaporizer.

To be honest, I can't remember where I saw it. The last couple weeks I've been looking at sooo many sites getting a replacement for cheapweed.ca.

Keyll I didn't know you could ingest the stuff, that's pretty cool. Learning much about this product thank you very much.

Shout out to WWCS tho. Ordered distillate from them a few times and they were awesome

Yeah, except when WWCS meeses up they actually fix the mistake. One of my last orders of distillate was 200 dollars worth short, but they gave me 280 dollar credit. It was an honest mistake. Kinda hope I get shorted again 😅

I searched Thier reviews too... But I searched for best distillate. It's pretty darn good I must say 👍

I'll admit Thier customer service isn't the friendliest or very chatty, but they will get you what you paid for. Don't see any scams there.

Just to be clear I never said they were a scam but there has been a lot of drama about their prices vs quality and mostly about their service. I don't think anyone has been outright scammed but at some point they generated a lot of interest and the few that tried them did not have a positive experience.

I must correct you, you cannot eat kief without decarbing it first. I use it to make moonrocks, which are a smoked product. Just I use the kief to keep them from sticking to each other/the sides of my pipe, in the same way that I would use icing sugar for a cookie. If someone wanted to eat it, it would need to be heated up in the oven to activate the THC-A to THC, however it would make a potent edible!
