Royalkure issues. Updated and ongoing.

Hi and good day everyone on the forums! The point of this post is to bring up an issue that has been happening with RoyalKure recently. People not receiving tracking numbers, packages or even a simple reply from customer service.

My package didnt even make it to delivery and has gone missing. Its been over a week since I contacted them regarding the incident and now its feeling im out a pretty penny with nothing to show. Now I hate putting someone or in this case a MOM on blast but i just want to warn people that at this time making orders with them is risky, to say the least. So I just wanted to let people know that something is going on over there and hope they dont get ripped off like I did!

Update oct 13th: After stating they would refund me for my order that i never recieved they have once again gone dark. It seems like an attempt to avoid providing a refund as all forms of communication with them seem to not work even though they stated, "your money does not sit well with us." Last time active was simply to respond to this thread and accuse me of somehow losing my own order through CP in an attempt to get them bad reviews by making this post. How much sense does that make eh? So stilll fighting for at this point a well deserved refund on the order i was excited for but never recieved.

When the Issue is resolved i will Update this as well though! In meantime feel free to judge for yourself all the facts are here! Any questions regarding the issues feel free to ask!

Yes they have been having issues for several weeks now, I decided to go somewhere else and I'm hoping bulk weed sales fills the gap because it's too bad royalkure was a great bang for the buck

My last 3 orders haven’t been great. The last order took 5 days to ship out. They pulled a bait and switch on top of it. Ordered a zip of alien og and was shipped grape ape labelled as alien. I’m not ordering from them again. Good luck with your package. At least I got my order.

Glad you didnt have problems paul! The only reply i got in over a week was this morning re sending me the same tracking number as before (the package that went missing and didnt arrive) and then they told me it says "fullfilled" on their site. Ridiculous this is.

i apologize, didnt mean anything bad. i just think need to give them a chance. the one post said he just got emailed from them. and i know from experience with them they are slow by several days to answer emails. but it does seem like something very wrong is happening in all fairness. and im very sorry to any who lost money. i hope the fix it for you

RK, "Read our faq, we can't do anyrhing if your package goes missing."

Though for the record the faq says to contact them and nothing more. So its starting to look bad as customer support is no help at all it seems which is unfortunate.

Wow. That’s ridiculous. Now I see they’re having a hallowe’en sale. This is starting to remind me of the whole cheapweed scam. Right before they hosed everyone they had a “sale” pop up. Hope for your sake I’m wrong.

i think your issues is more a cp issue then rk. i spoke to them and i think they are fine. Sounds to me like this is one issue with one customer. if it is there policy to not replace then that is the policy. if cp lost your pack then it is cp problem not rk

Paul as i said already im not the only one having issues theres a few on the rk forums. If it was one issue with one customer im sure they would actually try and resolve the matter. Like i already said the policy regarding missing packages says to contact them. Paul if all ya wanna do is criticize then just stop! Im just tryna let people know theres something shifty going on over there AT THIS TIME in hooes that no one else gets fucked over like i am at this time.

i am helping. there is always two sides to the story and they have a say too. sounds to me from what they said they dont replace the paqck if you cp lost it. they say it shows delivered. i would like to here from others who are not having a problem, that way we can maybe get a better understanding on wether or not this is isolated or an ungoing issue. Like everyone here i want to know if rk is no longer a viable option or if lots of people are not getting packs or having issues. i think i will start a thread for that. sounds to me either cp lost your pack or someone else got it when they delivered and stole it from you. either way thats not there responsibility imo

all this being said i am extremely sorry you lost the pack. i know how it feels. i lost a 700 pack cause of cw and i will never get that money back i know now. if it is lost in the mail then contact cp, talk to the local mail delivery person. ive become friends with mine cause i see them often.

There is nothing we can do as we cannot identify whether or not if you have actually received your products.

No Paul, you’re not helping. You’re being a dick. Royal Kure is proving what crappy customer service they offer. I’ve had the same issues with my emails usually being ignored. Three different people have had the bait and switch pulled on them from just this thread. Add to this the bud rot and mould issues they’ve been having. You can keep going back until they screw you to. They won’t get another cent from me. The point of this whole thing is to inform others so that there hopefully isn’t ever anything on the scale of the cheapweed scam ever again. I hope the op gets his order and then never goes back.

I figured id chime in with my experience with them. Ordered Kush Berry and Death Bubba. The Kush Berry was good kush, nothing wrong with it. The DB was not death bubba. Ive had it several times it has a very distinct terpene profile that all seasoned smokers can identify. This wasnt DB, and it wasnt good. I guess my experience falls in the bait and switch category.

New batch of Death Bubba is nowhere near the quality advertised. Barely AA.

When I called him on it Danny replied "Hey it's a new batch, not much I can do" and offered the standard scammer refund if it was returned but wouldn't provide an address. This was on a split p order.

So much for RK.

I wouldnt send them money after seeing everything online about them. I bought kings kush and organic rockstar and got some complaints its ok bud i think but not worth the price tag in my opinion. Some people really didnt like it though. The complaints about the kk was bad cure it wasnt flushed properly or cured properly it would seem the high didnt last very long and i have trouble calling it quads. The organic rockstar was leafy some nugs were amazing and this inconsistency between nugs makes it hard to call this quads. My previous 2 orders were fantastic but this order wasnt and when i asked them why the weed was so wet they said if i wanted it drier to just leave it sitting out.

I’ve been looking for a royal kure replacement. I’m thinking about doing the 2 oz deal at kushstation. Has anyone tried this offer? It’s on their AAA/AAA+ options. How does their stuff compare with royal kure’s in quality?

Hey Guys, RK rep here. Let us set the record straight because I believe there's a lot of misconstrued information as to what is happening with this particular order which has proven to be quite problematic.

To start with let me present facts:

Note that I had highlighted the two dates and time of Sept. 27 at 4:28 am and Sept. 24 at 11:06 pm. These dates are significant as they represent the action of the receiver changing the delivery preference on their own accord.

1. I would like to state firstly that neither I nor any of RK associates made any request to CP in regards to the delivery preference of this item; this was done entirely on the part of the receiver.

2. secondly, If during transit, the receiver requests for the delivery preference of the item to be changed not only once, but twice, what conclusions can be had if the package had either gone missing or is still in transit?

3. thirdly, during the delay in delivery of said item caused only by none other than the receiver, said receiver had contacted RK staff on a number of occasions either claiming the order had not been fulfilled, or asking for either a refund or a replacement.

We conclude that this sender who goes by the email "slendmon", or the alias "slenda mon" is maliciously attacking RK and our credibility as a provider intentionally or on purpose. We don't know what he/she's motives are, perhaps for free product or monies, or possibly simply to 'slander 'and taint our name, as would a "slenda mon".

We at RK are absolutely appalled by this individuals' actions. If this person had given CP any other information in regards to his/her package in a deliberate attempt to sabotage RK and associates, then he/she is hands down one of the most disgusting monster we have ever come across. Shame on you.

The following will be attachments of conversation and facts. I invite you, the reader, and the public to examine these facts meticulously to come up with your own conclusions.

It is strange that the delivery preference was changed twice. Why the receiver would do that is odd. If im ordering anything more than 2 oz at a time I always request a signature. Tough call on this one. Looks like a CP employee nabbed it.

Of course i changed delivery prefrence cause the day it was supposed delivered i was home. After that i wasnt going to be available so i set it to be delivered to the post office which is a normal thing as it asks to set a delivery preference irregardless incase no one answers the door And i also thoufht maybe if it does come then ill get a slip instead of it being left in the mailbox; is that a bad thing im acrually not sure i thought it was safer? I checked at the post office and nothing there rhey just told me its still in transit and i can start a reace but for some reaosn it has to be from their end so i wantes to contact em cause i obviously dont want to tell them whats in it!

What your accusing me of is that i somehow got my package confiscated or lost when the tracking number says it hasnt even arrived in town so that i could lose aprx $500 and not recieve any product just so i can what make a post that may or may not garner attention to bring to light any issues becuase i want to hurt you; you're joking right? I hears nothing but good thinfgs and an occasional mold provlem here or there i decided to gamble and took your word on the "ethically moral business practices" you say you adhere to and i never recieved my order and im upset, and thats wrong now? I just wanted my cannabis not any of this bs

your issues should be with cp not rk. from what i see they done nothing wrong. maybe all the changes u made the pack got misplaced. i had that happen and two weeks later i got my pack

Your right it could be! But in order for me to do a trace or anyrhing with cp they told it has to start on royalkures end and i dont want to just tell cp what was in the package. My issue here is simply with the customer service otherwise i think the rest of the store is a delight, i wouldn't be able to say about product though as i haven't been able to get any

Well like ya just said its all posted in screenshots instead of quotes now which i do appreciate i just didnt want to post the nunber cause then people can mess with it even more. but accusing me of "attacking" you for trying to resolve this isssue is quite, unsettling. Im not sure why a replacement is so difficult but if this is the case then ill go to cp and somehow get a trace started but in order to do so i gotta tell em what was in it. I dont wanna do that without your go ahead RK. Im a good person who uses cannabis medically for a few symptoms and i aint attacking or trying to offend no one; like i said "i hate to do this" and even now im hating this but im glad your getting back to this post right away cause we can talk now! Look at those pics you got course i want to try that shit and course im upset its gone missing, that looked like killer bud .

When calling CP, you're not obligated to tell them what's in your package, it's your right to privacy. You can choose to tell them what's in your package, but that's entirely up to you, we can't make that decision for you.

I don't know what else to say here, I've already stated that regardless of right or wrong, we will issue you your money back as we whole heartedly do not want to keep your money, it does not sit well with us.
