First off would like to address the public about our Faded Cannabis Shatter- one of our staff (we shall call Gilbert.) who has overseen the production of our Shatter Extracts division since the inception of FADED has left the company. Our shatter facilities has always been run in an establishment separate from our Edibles production and fulfillment warehouse and never had we had many issues or problem with the quality of the product until recent months. When a string of complaints had rolled in, A. was questioned to which he explained that something had gone wrong with one of our extraction filters which jeopardized some of our runs. After replacing the parts altogether, and moving forward from that, it seemed we were still receiving complaints (here and there) of the same nature. It was hard to tell whether this was just an old product or whether something was still going on. Long story short, upon confrontation, there was a loss in confidence as to whether or not Gilbert. has been acting in honesty and integrity. For that reason, he has part ways with our company. Let it be noted that shatter productions and extractions are a highly specialized skill - our partners trusted and could only conclude his explanations to be true as that is outside their area of expertise.
As you know in business, it takes years of hard work to build your business, establish your brand and reputation and only a swift motion to tarnish. We are now making it a top priority to move forward and make things right to all of our vendors who continue to trust and work with us. We are in contact with vendors and only vendors to recall exchange/replace their current products and are issuing refunds as needed. A new head of department has been placed and we are excited to work with him going forward.
If you are a customer who has been affected by not up to standard shatter please contact the vendor you bought from directly since that is who we are solving our direct issues with. Once we are confident that none of the old inventory is in circulating we will be re-launching shatter. We thank you for your patience.
