Pacific Grass accepted e-transfer but claims it did not go through.

I just placed an order with Pacific Grass on Saturday. I've ordered there a bunch of times before and I've always been satisfied but this time I'm pulling my hair out...

Order was placed Saturday evening. I sent an etransfer immediately according to their instructions. Within an hour I received an email from my bank that the e transfer was accepted. I also received an email from Pacific Grass saying they accepted my payment.

Sunday they email me again saying payment has not been received, but since I knew it went through already I ignored this.

Monday they emailed again asking me to cancel/resend the e transfer since they did not accept payment. Since the transfer has gone through already I cannot cancel it. I contacted them through their chat and I was told that they accepted payment but then payment failed. I've asked for more info but that is all they can tell me. They won't ship my order until I pay for a second time. They claim that they didn't get the money and I will be getting it back.. but according to my bank the transfer has been accepted and therefore can't be reversed. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but this doesn't seem right at all. Is it even possible they don't have the money if the e transfer was accepted? Anyone have any issues like this before?
