Product was slightly shorted in each package and when a product ran out it was replaced with the most budget weed in that category (I didn't order budget).

For example: one of the ounces was sent in 4 quarters, each one weighed: 5.66, 6.70, 6.45, 7.18, these weights are wildly inconsistent and end up being short a full gram. The only one equal to or greater than 7 was the budget.

I'm not sure if it was a mistake or if he thought I wouldn't weigh it, nor notice the strain sent was completely different. I've ordered from many moms and never had that happen.

If this was a one off thing, I can forgive that, mistakes happen. I sent a polite request to fix the issue, but if even one other person had this happen, I probably won't order again.

Those are very odd weights, I give you that. Either it is completely a one off or your scales are off. Only two things that are plausible to me

I did, and I hope to get the issue resolved.

It's actually good to hear that other orders went well, I'd like for this to be just a mistake since good Moms are not always easy to come by.

I actually own several methods of weighing because of my occupation, I took the average of three just to make sure I'm not off myself and accusing anyone of something when If I was wrong. The real bummer was less the shorted grams, and more that a 180$ strain was replaced with a 140$ outdoor grown strain.

i actually just corrected my post. i checked my scale. a dime should weigh 1.75. i get 1.8.

if u multiply .05x28 it gives 1.4 so most were a bit over. Tony is a good man to have offered me a discount anyway. I won't use that coupon as he played fair after all.

I would like to thank the community for always having my back and support. I have taken the time to re-evaluate this scenario with my team, my own backend and the forum and would like to publicly speak back.

There are 2 different stories given, one on email and one on here. I appreciate the fact you said you sent a polite request to fix the issue however said that, the email received was an 8 minute interval before this post. Your email came at 3:58pm PST, your forum post came at 4:06pm PST, we would always appreciate assisting our clients with the most integrity possible and on a one on one basis. Don't feel it was necessary to post given the 8 minutes allowed to 'reply'. However I will begin my debate.

Being short on weight can always be a human error, however I have upgraded all the scales we use and they cost $300 CDN so they are accurate. Yes we may have had minor issues with very very minimal shortages so my first two red flags are these points
- We do not send quarters out period.
- We would not replace/substitute your product without consent and our preferred method of choice of communication is phone call (other members in the community can vouch for this)

I actually replied OP's email first, but now I want to disregard that email after reading this post.
I would like to say we still have 10+ pounds of Jack Herer, so I cannot understand how the Ounce was not received in full, nor why we would sub you with J-27 period.

The flaw there is, the fact you mention you received 4 quarters for an ounce, sorry but we do not have quarters or package quarters period.
I am not trying to disrespect you or attack you, there are absolutely no hard feelings however when threads are posted to the community we have every right to stand up and give our side of the story as well. I am very honest and sincere and straight to the point so at this point I do apologize if you feel I am coming off with attitude, but I am simply providing valid facts and points to defend my statements.

But in your email you claim to be short 3 grams in total - attached is your email.
Your order consisted of 3 ounces - there for 3 packages.
You claim in your email .4 to .6 grams off every package, let's assume you got 3 packages there for on large scale you would be short 1.8 grams. Not 3 grams.
As in this thread you mention a total shortage of 2 grams, so now you have 3 different shortages you're claiming within 1 email, 1 forum post?
The total you mention in this thread is 25.99 grams, and you have 4 different weights and you say you were given ' 4 quarters '.

Yeah there's a flaw. I like how you say " or you thought you wouldn't weight it " at this point you have no credibility to back up any of your statements.
I stand strong and passionate for my business, we do it proper. The biggest flaw that I caught was when you mentioned, your Jack Herer was short, and you got replaced J-27, and the biggest flaw was saying you got 4 quarters for your ounce.

Appreciate your business, however I have removed your account and hope the rest of the community will be able to see this thread and reconsider when you place an order with them. We are a community to give back and help each other out, not publicly post false information to redeem back coupons or rebate

For what its worth, I got 3 QP's, 8th of hash (which I wasn't supposed to get anyway, Tony is just cool like that) & 8th of shatter in my order that were all on or over weight. Couldn't be bothered weighing the kief after every thing else checked out. No surprise replacements either. Enjoying the hell out of the Bruce Banner every day! My 2 cents.

Theres a reason they tell you to film the opening, I doubt you'll have much luck resolving this. Tony is a good guy and has a good rep on here, with pretty minor issues for the amount of orders they have filled I don't see how this could happen from a wholesaler.... Especially when they say they don't ship quartres.. Im usually disagreeing with the MoM's point when it comes to things like this, in this case I gotta say they have a valid point though.

This was definitely the order that made sure I will always film opening now.

Sounds like this was a one time thing, from everything I read about Tony I haven't really seen any complaints, maybe your scale was off.

Same here, there's a lot of variables when it comes to scaling, clean surface, flat surface, battery life as well, etc however these things do happen and we honour it regardless of whose right or wrong.

Appreciate your input bobrakem, and thanks for the valid points you have shared. I have resolved the issue with OP regardless of the circumstances, OP wanted what he paid for in which we still resolved it and gave him a refund.
