Emeraldcastlemed sold us unsmokeable flowers

We bought two ounces from them last week. One of Pink kush and Blackberry cream and both are discusting and have black ashes. When my friend wrote to them they apologised and wrote that they will come back to us about that... My friend had to e-mail them because they most likely won't do it. And all they offered us is a 50% code.... we would love to get our money back or two other ounces that are actually smokeable(or something that would make both sides happy) but i think they don't care about their customer's satisfaction only there to make money by ripping them off

Hello again, we received your latest response via email and again we apologize that you feel this way with your most recent order. As mentioned in the email, we did not receive similar complaints on those strains as of yet, however we do value all customer input and have thoroughly inspected each of the strains mentioned and have put forward some changes within the shop if we do hear any more similar complaints back, which we have not yet had.

We thought the best route would be to offer a more significant discount on a future order to resolve the issue, instead of sending flower that may not meet your standards, as if in the case that they did not meet a set of standards, it would become a guessing game to see if sending another order for free on top would qualify.

Our apologies that we missed the mark, however as we mentioned, if you did change your mind, the discount would still available in the future. After that we did not receive a reply so we did not know you felt this angry towards the offer and we are sorry about that.

One thing to note however, is emailing us with threats of finding us and our staff to harm us over an issue on your order (that we tried to resolve) will never end well in your favour, and this is what we mean by that. First and foremost we would never do anything violent in retaliation towards any of our customers. Those who have used us for years can vouch that we always try to resolve any issue that comes our way. Sometimes we hit the mark and sometimes we miss, however we always try to be open and considerate in our response and any follow up to an issue that would be needed. With that being said, just some words of advice for the future: sending violent threats after the fact will only delegitimize your original complaint, as it will only take light away from what the issue was, and put the focus on the violent nature of your response.

We still do not take any ill will on your response below and our apology still stands on the issue and resolution.

Some final advice on this as well. It would not be wise to send threats like this in general to people that have your name and address, and you do not have any of the same. Again we would never do anything to hurt, harm or retaliate with any violent actions to anyone, as we do care a great deal about our current, old and potential customers, however we know a few other people running sites that would definitely take this a lot different than we would. If a threat like this gets to the wrong person they could do a lot of damage depending on the type of person or organization they are. The safest route would be to try to solve the situation amicably like we were trying to do in the beginning, and if it wasn't solved to your satisfaction then putting a complaint in a public forum would be the next recourse. There is no need to send a response like the one that was sent as we hope everyone stays safe and no one gets hurt. We hope you stay well and let us know via email if you have any further questions or concerns and we can be available to assist.

The original poster has been banned from the forum; we don't need people like that using our platform to bully businesses. That said, I suggest you watch YOUR tone, as this response to your customer came off as vaguely veiled threats as well.

Hello Bing, duly noted. It was a bit hard to word without coming off as threatening ourselves but in the end just trying to help the guy not get into something ugly with somebody else possibly in the future. Will try to word things like this better in the future if something similar comes up.

No problem, I know it must be a headache dealing with people like that. Everything about that guy rubbed me the wrong way.
