Shamrock Cannabis - no response from support - UPDATED!

Hi everyone, I was looking for a new MOM option and thanks to this forum I found a few.

I decided to give Shamrock Cannabis a try and placed my first order with them. Once shipped, I followed the tracking number and the day my package was to be delivered, Canada Post provided an update that the package was being sent back to sender.

I've emailed Shamrock Cannabis and messaged them on Live Chat to figure out what will happen next, but have not received a response, even though their website says they respond "always within 8 hours guaranteed!"

this is not the first time I've ordered MOM

anyone else experience this? Is Shamrock Cannabis a MOM I should avoid?

EDIT: Since I posted this, Shamrock got back to me, and with no hesitation is sending me a replacement package.
