Hey Canadianmom members hope winter has been treating y'all well! I'm writing this out if curiosity if anyone else has been experiencing mail issues given the holidays just happened and the covid situation.

I had a $500 order from Coasttocoastmedicinals go missing with an advent calendar and a Christmas stocking stuff with weed and they don't have any customer service so I'm obviously out that.

So I'm just wondering if anyone else had orders that never arrived or went missing these last few months? Could just be me, but any feedback would be great as I'm starting to get paranoid of my mailman lol.

yes i ordered from growhouse got a quarter on jan 27 tracking said delivered feb 1st went to check and mailbox was empty and has been for last 6 days.i filed a lost package claim and they now have to pay for the missing package was a big 3 day ordeal on the phone with canada post supervisors i am now super paraniod that my mail guy is gonna steal more packages

I had somewhat of a similar experience a few months back.

A package showed "delivered" but I didnt see the mail person with a package on my camera and sure enough there was no packages in my mailbox.

Turned out the mail person delivered it to the wrong address by mistake.

I have no idea who, but someone cut open the package and may have taken out any promotional things/receipts etc but then put the contents back, slapped a rubber band on it and two or three days later it showed up in my mail.

I'm still pretty paranoid about that because I dont know wtf but I do know that it's not legal to open someones mail, regardless of legality, what recourse do I have?

my only point in sharing this is just to say maybe it was a honest mistake by the mailman....

or perhaps even the mom typo'd the address which actually happened to me as well and my pack got held up an extra week or two because of it - I checked the mom website and my address was entered correctly but it was printed wrong on the package once I finally received it

Yea that's what I'm hoping, it's just all coincidence, but second one has seemingly gone missing now too so just gonna start a trace, if I can't get my money like buckethead did, least wanna know where it went and whos enjoying it!

Hey buckethead how did you file the package claim and get them to pay for it whilst not revealing it was cannabis related products? Any info would be great gonna try starting a trace today!
