Personally I go to them quite often, and so far they've only made one mistake with me and it was a mixup of strains on a bundle bag but all same quality, and they still did something to fix that, last I talked to them was a couple days ago, but good people that will treat customers with respect and make sure things are always right whether it's from the start or by fixing their rare mistakes
