Both of my emails have bounced in the last 4 days and I had an issue come up requiring urgent attention. Now I've noticed all their forum posts were deleted here, do they still frequent the Discord server?

Good to know, been scouring for an oz of distillate and they made the top 2. Guess I better hold off for now.

Yea all my emails bounce, staying away forsure. Have ordered before and went smooth but too risky imo

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'll try and stop by the Discord but if you see him around please let them know their email has stopped working about 4 days ago. I'm not sure if he abandoned this forum and deleted the posts as the account still exists but no reply yet.

The reason we deleted our posts here is because we got way too many people messaging for free samples.
We're glad to throw in samples on orders moving forward and are still accepting new customers.

This is rather disapointing i dont blame you for being less active on this forum if thats how people are responding.

Seems like asking for freebies is becoming more common place. You cant really expect MoM's to send out samples to everyone who asks. Product + shipping costs down the drain for nothing. Recipe for financial disaster, business-wise.

I wonder if there is a way to combat this from a forum side of things. Maybe a report system, with an account ban for repeat offenders. I like seeing moms being active here and communicating with the community. I think as a community it's beneficial to encourage open discussion between moms and clients. However it's a big ask of these companies/individuals to do so, without some sort of approach/policy towards what is essentially begging.

Any updates on their status. I just placed an order and now im reading this. I'm going to wait and see. My las order from them was awesome. Hoping they dont disappear.

I would advise caution. My issue remains unresolved despite being told it would be 11 days ago.

You should get your stuff but dont be suprised if the do disappear
