I used to order from them regularly until they shut down late last year. Never had an issue. I know a lot of other people had issues with them. Switched to Chronfather who has been great. Chronfather wasn't shipping late last week so I figured I would try OKG again as they sent me a promo saying they were back open and also saw someone post a review of their new bud on the Canadian MOM subreddit so figured everything was normal. I ordered on the 21st and also sent an email asking about some CBD tincture they forgot to add last time. Sent them EMT which they accepted the next day but I have not heard a single world back from them. Not from the CBD email, the email asking about shipping, or my message on instagram.

It has now been one week of complete silence and now that I check the MOM list they are still listed under inactive and frankly I'm starting to get a little worried that I have been scammed.

I have now received what I ordered.

I talked to another member of the discord and they told me they received their order without getting any sort of tracking number so I took a shot that maybe mine was the same. I do flex delivery and called the post office and they indeed had a package waiting for me. I received no notification whatsoever from Canada Post or OKG that my order had been shipped/was available/etc. so that basically led to this confusion. I have no idea what led to this, usually I get notifications from both about the status of the order. Still have not received any communication back from them but like I said I have what I paid for.
