1Are all supplies and products of cannabis in the province must only be bought and obtained from dispensaries registered with the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation (NLC)?

2I don't believe weed is prohibited from crossing provincial borders. You can smoke your Ontario weed. Only prohibited on country borders.
