Issues with cheapweed.ca

I order 2 ounces of hash last week and Canadapost has been saying its been out for delivery for 3 days now and also in the tracking it says "Item redirected to recipient's new address". I have never changed my address in 7 years and I have not had a response from cheapweed.ca receding this issue. has anyone else had issues with cheapweed.ca ?

Cheapweed customer service has always been good, contact Tony via email or Discord he'll make it right.

Sounds like this is more of a CP issue than a cheapweed issue. As long as you provided the correct shipping address your parcel will be delivered to that address. CP uses some archaic systems and sometimes it's not completely up to date. Like xsinx said, reach out to Tony on the discord or email him and confirm the shipping address. Should be all good though.

Hi OP

As we are going through emails right now, I can assure I will have your inquiry responded and assisted in a timely manner

That being said, this issue is a Canada Post error, however as mentioned before in a worse case scenario we will give you a full replacement package or refund

Canada Post has the tendency to have delays with shipping or " NEW ADDRESS " appear on the tracking information, however in all circumstances the package does get delivered to the original address as provided by the client/customer

Yes you are correct, they got a hold of me and assured me it was not a mistake of their own it was a Canadapost issue and also assured me it will arrive :) I was a little anxious this is my first time ordering online. Customer service is great no complaints there. Just the waiting game with Canadapost now
