Update: Firethc texted me asking me to delete this post. The man said he had an accident and was not able to communicate in the last few days. I told him i would edit this post so that his business do not suffer any prejudice. Im pretty sure firethc is safe but even with great products and prices i will keep my regular mom for future orders.

Original story:
They accepted payment on august 31th, my order is still pending and they don't answer when i text or email them.

Edit: I got an email the following day from this post. I got a tracking number from support and my order status changed from "processing" to "completed". The parcel got on my porch today whithout me having to sign(?).
The weed is really nice. But the communication with the seller is non-existent.

FireTHC is a trusted MoM in our community, but haven't seen/heard from them in a while..

It's weird for any company in any industry not to respond to a customer after accepting payment. Maybe they have not been able to receive any communication from you? Hope you do get a response and your order!

With legalization soon, i think some moms will just keep the money from september sales and close shop. Shit, I lost 150$ (a month worth of medication). I always check for review before and i still got scamed. At least i can affort it, but it suck anyway.

Seems like the list isn't exactly 100% reliable, did they accept your money? I actually considered using FireTHC since they were on the approved list so thanks for the info.
